Choosing Strategies
The second building block of Prosilience is deciding how to approach a challenge. There are three basic options, that we use in combination. Sometimes we can reframe a challenge so it feels more approachable and positive. Sometimes we can change the situation, dealing with the challenge directly. Sometimes we can accept what is, adapting ourself to aspects of a situation that are not within our control.
